Not complaining could just mean you don't know it's a problem. And another thing -- I don't think that having to "unlearn" something is a disadvantage. There's an advantage called wisdom, or perspective, or knowledge. Studies have told us that older web users are better users -- better at finding useful, valid information. I believe that young users of the technology need help in developing appropriate filters.
